The yummy smell of chiles roasting and the warmth of the roaster on a cool fall day make going to the supermarket not quite a chore. Only thing is, we haven’t had a cool fall day yet but I am not really complaining.

2012-09-04 03:07Hi from Belgrade. Pepper roasters are BIG here in Belgrade. There are many different kinds, both commercial and home-made, like the one you see in this post of mine.
