When I first got to Tingley Beach yesterday I noticed this goose swimming over to say Hi – or to see if I had any grub to give – which I didn’t as I was not planning to visit Tingley when I left the house. I also noticed that his/her swimming was labored. When he/she got out of the water to further investigate me I saw that his/her foot was deformed. This goose also walked with a limp because of it but seemed to be doing ok. Made me feel guilty for not bringing treats.
