I was on line at Starbucks and this graphic caught my eye. Pretty much summed up how I was feeling at that moment. I can’t figure out why it takes 15 minutes for one vehicle to get one beverage at a Starbucks drive through window.

This was at around noon today so it was the lunch people. There were 6 cars in front of me and it took 35 minutes. The truck in front of me was handed 1 beverage and drove off … but he waited 15 minutes for that beverage. I didn’t see him pay so he probably used the app … which mean it should have been done BEFORE he got to the window. I ordered on the app and they had my stuff waiting at the window when I pulled up. I don’t know – makes no sense. Â
