It is always a matter of personal opinion, however, from an artistic point of view, the tonal quality in the color image runs along the same values. There is no white or near-white. So if I were to choose between the two I would probably choose the black and white image if I could put more white in it somewhere in the clouds. You can do that in Photoshop but I don’t know about other programs.
I like the colured one better because you can see the sky and the clouds much more clearer in the image.But the black and white version is nice as well:)
