It is unusual and unlike mine, Abraham Lincoln, who everyone seems to know. LOL Anyway, did one of your relatives work at NCR a long time ago? I also like your photographs a lot and the signpost reminded me of one that was in the heart of Sendai, Japan back in 1953. It was painted by hand with mileage to different cities in the states. It’s funny that the sign doesn’t go further east than Chicago. I spent almost a decade along the east coast, and the farthest west I ever lived was around Chicago.
