One of my favorite pastimes is exploring the Albuquerque Open Spaces Areas, especially the ones nestled in the Sandia Foothills. The Manual Trailhead is a great starting point for these adventures. While there are picnic areas nearby, I’ve never seen anyone using them. These areas offer a peaceful and serene atmosphere, enhanced by their breathtaking beauty. Some of these locations do have picnic areas, while all of them have hiking trails
