Amtrak runs on these rails as well as freight trains. Starting in July 2006 the New Mexico Rail Runner will also run on these tracks. It will be a passanger train from Belen which is south of Albuquerque to Bernalillo which is north of Albuquerque. As soon as I get a chance to photogragh these trains I will.
