It has been light years since I have eaten at a Furr’s Buffet. This one is always crowded so the food must be good. It’s family friendly – there are always kids running around outside. Mom probably sent Dad out with the kids so she could eat in peace.
I’m Going to The Library
When in a beef with the S.O. … you can go to the library and be telling the truth!! This is the San Mateo Location.
Driving by Einstein Bagel today, I noticed that the had their window decorated for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. The Balloon Fiesta is October 3 – 11 this year.
Fastino’s actual building on 4th Street is quite small. There are a few tables outside where you can sit and have a bite but the main purpose of this place is to get a drive through pizza.
A drive through bistro …. a bit confusing as I believe a Bistro to be a a small, modest, European-style restaurant or café.
I have never tried their food so I cannot comment on it’s quality or deliciousness but Saggio’s WAS good back in the day.
The Shark Reef Café is located at the Albuquerque Aquarium which is part of the BioPark. I have never had the pleasure of dining here so I cannot comment on the cuisine or the atmosphere. Looking at the menu, however, I am somewhat shocked that there is not more seafood available.
Just tried The Pita Pit for the first time. I was impressed with the food. I have been looking for good falafel here in Albuquerque since my usual haunt changed hands and changed all the recipes.
And they are opened till 3 AM … not the norm for Albuquerque.
Garcia’s makes the best rice!! Actually I have enjoyed everything that I have tried at Garcia’s. Recommended!
This is the Garcia’s located on San Mateo NE.
