I found this bench while I was wondering around Old Town. I think it is possibly the kewlest bench I have ever seen.
Just thought this was a really unique headstone. I have never seen one with a saying like this before.
In reality my guess is that they are actually trying to protect their products from the hot New Mexico sun but being a science fiction person…. the first place my head goes is to the aliens.
This is a kinetic fountain that is located in the plaza of the metro courthouse here in Downtown Albuquerque. The artist is Evelyn Rosenberg.
I liked the color and the textures in this photo! Also the shadows of the stacks of bricks!Â This was only a very teeny tiny portion of the brickyard.Â It is huge and there must be hundreds of stacks of bricks!
These are the reason I am posting late yet again! They are doing roadwork outside my house and keep knocking out my internet service. I don’t know what they are doing out there but whatever they are dropping into the holes they are digging are making my whole house shake like we are having an earthquake! Hopefully they are almost done!
I guess someone felt the need to tell everyone to <- LOOK -> both ways (as directed by the arrows) before crossing the street.
I have no idea what this ark was doing in the middle of Old Town but I thought the faces on the animals were adorable. They looked genuinly pleased to be there!
You can tell all the kids have gone back to school. The playgrounds around Albuquerque are all empty!
