I was looking thought my 2015 photos and found this sunset that I took back when summer was ending. I not sure why but I never shared it here on Albuquerque Daily Photo.
We started out 5 or 6 cars back in line as Costco’s Gas station was crazy busy. The price was $2.49 and definitely worth waiting for. Besides if we tried to go anywhere else we would have run outa gas and it was way to hot to P – U – S – H!!
I love reflection shots, especially the ones where the reflection looks almost identical to the real thing.
He was a very busy bee in a very busy bush. I went to my daughter’s house today and this bush was bustling with bees, wasps, and hornets. There had to be a hundred on them feasting.
I am not at all a fan of flying, stinging creatures so I shot this from F – A – R away at 300mm.
Today’s sky. I love clouds!
These young fellows were having a blast running up and down this hiking trail in the Sandia Mountains. At one point they went up so high I lost sight of them.
Makes me wish I was a kid again!
I love to watch birds. This quail spent the better part of an hours foraging in this little patch of dirt. He seem oblivious to everything around him.
We are so “dry” here that they have closed access to the hiking trails in the Sandia Mountains. We had a bit of rain yesterday but not nearly enough. We need a serious soaking to alleviate the fire danger!
This picture is proof that you should turn around and see the amazing things that are happening behind you as you concentrate on your intended subject.
