I love reflection shots, especially the ones where the reflection looks almost identical to the real thing.
I was stumped on this Upside Down theme. I thought about it … let it stew …. and I had nothing … until today when I was at Tingley Beach and saw this amazing reflection of a tree.
When I woke up today there was snow on the ground. Snow here in Albuquerque doesn’t usually last very long; often it is gone by the afternoon.
The snow, today, made me wish that Autumn had lasted just a bit longer as everything looks so dead and lonely in the winter. This is one of my last shots of the fall colors this year. 8/8
I thought this was a fun reflection shot.
Moptops is a hair cutting place for kids. I have never been there as my kids are not kids anymore … but if they were I am sure they would have loved to go here.
Dry Heat Photography Gallery and Studio is owned and operated by Rick Meiers and DeAnna Dimmitt. Tuesday, September 1, 2009 Is the opening of their “A Lifted Spirit” show which is part of their Soul Portraiture Series. I will have two pieces hanging in this show. No, I won’t tell you which two …. you have to go see the show. 😉
I do not smoke unless I am on fire but some friends of mine are into smoking cigars. They frequent cigar bars and talk fo the best cigar they have ever smoked. Some even rent a humidor to store there cigars at the bar. To each his or her own but I think they stink …. even the good ones.
This is a relfection of Sandia Mountain in a Kinko’s store window. I thought the”Make It, Print It, Pack It, Ship It” reflection looked like the Hollywood sign.
A reflection of Sandia Mountain in a window I was sitting in front of today. I tried to turn around and take a photo of the actual mountain … the reflection shot was way better!
