I don’t know if this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin’ Donuts being open 24 hours is such a good thing. Luckily, it is far enough away that the distance is a deterrent most of the time. 😉
This is the Radisson Resort and Indoor Waterpark. I have never been here but it’s supposed to be a really fun place. It is located at 2500 Carlisle Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
I love this Nob Hill sign. It is located on Central and Sierra Dr NE. Google needs to update their street views because The Royal Hotel has been torn down and is nothing more than a dirt lot.
The De Anza Motor Lodge has been around since 1939. It’s been closed for many years now but occasionally show, such as Breaking Bad, have filmed in their parking lot. It is located on former Rt 66, now Central Avenue.
The building was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties on August 8, 2003 and the National Register of Historic Places in April 30, 2004.
I have posted still shots of Soda Dam in the past but it really does not do it justice. This is located about 60 miles NW of Albuquerque and we went up there for the day on Monday.
Dry Heat Photography Gallery and Studio is owned and operated by Rick Meiers and DeAnna Dimmitt. Tuesday, September 1, 2009 Is the opening of their “A Lifted Spirit” show which is part of their Soul Portraiture Series. I will have two pieces hanging in this show. No, I won’t tell you which two …. you have to go see the show. 😉
