The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is going to be here before we know it. This year it runs from October 7th to October 15th. Two of my favorite events are the Special Shape Glowdeo and the Special Shapes Mass Ascension. Here’s this years calendar of events.
Balloon Fiesta is one of my favorite happenings in Albuquerque. While it is a whole lot of fun to go down to Balloon Fiesta Park and see the mass ascensions ( 100’s of balloons all going up at once) you can actually see the balloons from all over the city. Hundreds of hot air balloons flying all at once is an amazing sight.
