It was delicious.
When my daughter was a little girl … maybe about 2 … if you asked her what she was eating for Thanksgiving she would announce very loudly “TURKLE”. But if you asked her where she lived …. it was “ALBATURKEY.” She was so cute!!

I do not know what this particular Kachina Doll represents or even what tribe he is from but I found him when I was walking around Old Town Plaza yesterday.
I tried searching the web to see if I could find any information and I could not so if anyone out there knows anything about this particular Kachina please let me know.

In case you can’t read the plaque at the bottom it says , “CORN, OUR DAILY FOOD, FROM TIME IMMEMORIAL NOW AND FOREVER MORE”
This stands in front of the Swiss Alps Bakery at 6607 Menaul Blvd NE across from the Coronado Mall.
Pete V Domenici United States Courthouse

This courthouse was built in 1998 and is 7 stories. It is located at 333 Lomas Blvd. NE in downtown Albuquerque. It was named in 1994 after Pete Domenici who was a US Republican Senator from NM for 36 years.
