Little Red Hamburger Hut and Salon

A salon and day spa that serves little red burgers. The two just don’t seem to go together and I would seriously hesitate to try this.

When it rains here in Albuquerque, which is not often, the water is collected into these diversion channels to prevent flooding.
No, the sky is not blown out… it was actually that color!

At least when it’s not thundering and lightning! This is The New Mexico Rattler which is located at Uncle Cliff’s here in Albuquerque. I have never been on it but it has been voted one of the Top 25 Wooden Coasters in the world.
Isn’t that a lovely grey sky? The thunder and lightning was spectacular.
Santa Fe Peppers

Santa Fe Peppers, located right next store to yesterday’s post Jersey Jacks, offers great service. The food is fresh and prepared to order as you watch. They offer nice size portions and it is affordable. They offer your typical Mexican food: burritos, tacos, nachos and salads and several choices of tortillas, meats, salsas, rice and beans. At Santa Fe Peppers you can take your meal to go or eat at their establishment.

Jersey Jacks is like an old fashioned from the northeast deli. As far as I know they are the only place out here in Albuquerque that carries Boar’s Head products and believe me I have looked.

This is the sunset from my backyard last night. It was followed up by some thunder, lightning and some wild wind that lasted for about 15 minutes.

This is part of an office/food complex here in Albuquerque. This exclamation point stands so tall that you can see if for quite some distance. The name of the complex is @25. I have not been able to find any info on it on the web.
Some of the restaurants here are Mimi’s Cafe, Twin Peaks and P.F. Changs.
