It rained here last night. I was stuck waiting in the car for a bit in the rain and to entertain myself I took photos of the rain on the windshield. I thought it made for a pretty kewl abstract!

Waves of Clouds

This is the sunset that created the amazing colors in those mountain shots in my last 2 posts! And yes, this is the actual color. All I did was to crop it and sharpen it a bit! I am facing west here and the mountain is directly behind me.

There was one spot on the mountain that the sun was hitting. It was truly spectacular and this photo does not do what I saw justice.

This is pretty much how this photo came out of the camera. The only thing I did was a crop. This was taken last night February 14th.
I did take this using a tripod and a remote so I didn’t have to touch the camera after I set it up!
Escalator Down

I took this inside the Convention Center. In the skylight above the escalator there are prisms and when the sun is coming through the skylight they reflect rainbows all over the cement beams. You can see part of a rainbow on the right side of the photo. A bit earlier they were all over the beams … it was really pretty.
